ABOUT
Dr. Isaac Lowe
Dr. Isaac Lowe grew up in Ventura County, California where he watched his father, a general practitioner, provide care to families that truly needed it. He chose to follow in his father’s footsteps and is now a surgeon dedicated to providing dialysis access to those with kidney failure.

Dr. Lowe is a graduate of Loma Linda University Medical School. He stayed at Loma Linda and completed his general surgical residency, followed by a peripheral vascular surgery fellowship. In 1989, he began his practice in Southern California in the private sector and worked with the Ventura County Healthcare Agency primarily at Santa Paula Hospital beginning in 2006. Dr. Lowe has over 30 years’ experience in surgery and is board certified by the American Board of Surgery.

Dr. Lowe is happy to have the opportunity to focus on vascular surgery here in the Central Valley. He seeks to ensure that everyone who needs dialysis access receives the services they need. His practice, Dialysis Access Specialists of the Central Valley was created specifically for that purpose.

Dialysis Access Evaluation
Checking an existing fistula, graft or peritoneal dialysis catheter to make sure things are progressing to allow dialysis to begin.
Surgical Services
Creation of hemodialysis access fistulas, grafts, peritoneal dialysis catheter insertions/removals, temporary dialysis catheter replacements/removals, Angiograms and Angioplasty
Post-Operative Visits
Evaluation of the recovery status of our patients and the newly created dialysis access.
